Late Mr. Parmanand Jethanand Pancholia was the founder of the Arabian Trading Agency. It was his will and perseverance that began this company trading with pearls and food stuff during the early years. Today, Mr. Maghanmal Jethanand Pancholia, the chairman of Arabian Trading Agency has contributed towards pursuing the dreams and fulfilling the goals of his late father.

Mr. Maghanmal is the Founder, Chairman and Trustee of the Indian High School in Dubai and the Founder and permanent Trustee of India Club. He is the President of Indian Association has largely contributed to the community. He is also on the Advisory Board of Emirates Financial Services.

He was also nominated by H.H. Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum (Late Ruler of Dubai) to the board of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1965 to1980. In 1957 he initiated a private Electricity Company and supplied electricity to Dubai and was appointed Director of Dubai Electricity from 1961 - 1980 till the company was nationalized.
